Please read this agreement carefully before continuing with the download and installation of the software program identified above and any associated software components, media, printed materials, or electronic documentation (collectively, the “Product”). To complete your order, you must accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement by clicking the “Accept” button.
By clicking “Accept”, or by installing, copying, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Shield Secure Driver (A product of Shield Secure Solutions (OPC) PVT. LTD.) and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings. This Agreement contains an arbitration provision.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not click “Agree”, “Accept”, or “Yes”, and do not install or use the Product.
The Product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All intellectual property rights in and to the Product are owned by Shield Secure Driver (A product of Shield Secure Solutions (OPC) PVT. LTD.).
All content accessed through the Product is the property of its respective owners and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This Agreement grants you no rights to such content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Shield Secure Driver (A product of Shield Secure Solutions (OPC) PVT. LTD.).
The Product is licensed, not sold. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or performance of the Product is prohibited.
Shield Secure Driver (A product of Shield Secure Solutions (OPC) PVT. LTD.) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Product on a single computer for personal or internal business use.
You may create one archival copy of the Product. You may not remove copyright notices, allow concurrent usage, use the Product on a network, rent, lease, sell, or transfer it.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Product is prohibited except where expressly permitted by law.
Shield Secure Driver (A product of Shield Secure Solutions (OPC) PVT. LTD.) warrants that the Product will substantially conform to its documentation for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of download.
The exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty shall be repair, replacement, or refund at Shield Secure Driver (A product of Shield Secure Solutions (OPC) PVT. LTD.)’s discretion.
Except as provided in Section 3, the Product is provided “as is” and “with all faults.” Shield Secure Driver (A product of Shield Secure Solutions (OPC) PVT. LTD.) disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Shield Secure Driver (A product of Shield Secure Solutions (OPC) PVT. LTD.) does not warrant that the Product is free from viruses or other harmful components.
Under no circumstances shall Shield Secure Driver (A product of Shield Secure Solutions (OPC) PVT. LTD.) be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
Shield Secure Driver (A product of Shield Secure Solutions (OPC) PVT. LTD.)’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the Product. Liability for data loss, business interruption, or personal injury is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. The Product may not be exported to prohibited countries or entities.
You are responsible for the payment of all applicable sales, use, and similar taxes relating to the license of the Product.
If the Product is acquired by the Indian Government, it is provided with Restricted Rights under applicable federal regulations.
Shield Secure Driver (A product of Shield Secure Solutions (OPC) PVT. LTD.) may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, all copies of the Product must be destroyed.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India users. Invalid provisions shall not affect the enforceability of remaining provisions.
Disputes may be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or litigation as outlined herein. Arbitration is individual only and class actions are not permitted.
You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to support@shieldsecuredriver.com within 30 days of download.
