The Application installs printer drivers that are provided and maintained by printer manufacturers or other third-party sources. Shield Secure Driver (A product of Shield Secure Solutions (OPC) PVT. LTD.) does not develop, modify, or host these drivers.
Driver installation uses publicly available or manufacturer-supplied packages and is subject to the respective third-party license terms and usage conditions.
Shield Secure Driver (A product of Shield Secure Solutions (OPC) PVT. LTD.) is an independent software utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, or any other printer manufacturer. All brand names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and compatibility purposes.
While the Application attempts to identify and install compatible drivers, successful installation or uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Printer functionality may depend on system configuration, operating system updates, and manufacturer support.
You acknowledge that installing third-party drivers involves inherent risks and that you are responsible for verifying compatibility and system stability before and after installation.
The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Shield Secure Driver (A product of Shield Secure Solutions (OPC) PVT. LTD.) makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shield Secure Driver (A product of Shield Secure Solutions (OPC) PVT. LTD.) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to use of the Application. This includes, without limitation, printer malfunctions, system instability, data loss, or printing errors resulting from driver installation.
All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including software code, design, branding, and content, are owned by Shield Secure Driver (A product of Shield Secure Solutions (OPC) PVT. LTD.) or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the Application except as permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Shield Secure Driver (A product of Shield Secure Solutions (OPC) PVT. LTD.) reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
