Accepted Circumstances
Refund requests may be approved under the following conditions:

- Duplicate Purchase: Accidental purchase of the same license more than once within a 24-hour period.
- Billing Errors: Verified cases of incorrect charges or unauthorized billing.

- Fatal Software Defects: Confirmed defects preventing the Application from launching or functioning on a supported system.
- Compatibility Failure: Failure to detect a supported printer despite correct local configuration.
- Unresolved Errors: Critical errors that remain unresolved after 7 business days of active support review.
