Circumstances of No Refund

We generally do not issue refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Non-technical Circumstances:
    • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after the software has been downloaded.
    • Purchasing the software by mistake without reviewing the product description or supported brand list.
    • Claims that the software is no longer required after it has already performed its intended function.
    • Refusal to provide required information or cooperate with our support team to verify a claim.
  • Technical Circumstances:
    • Hardware-related issues such as damaged printers, faulty cables, or empty ink or toner.
    • Compatibility issues involving operating systems or devices not listed in our technical requirements.
    • Issues caused by third-party software (such as antivirus or firewall programs) blocking the Application.
    • Failure or refusal to follow troubleshooting steps provided by our technical support team.

Accepted Circumstances

Refund requests may be approved under the following conditions:

  • Non-technical Circumstances:
    • Duplicate Purchase: Accidental purchase of the same license more than once within a 24-hour period.
    • Billing Errors: Verified cases of incorrect charges or unauthorized billing.
  • Technical Problems:
    • Fatal Software Defects: Confirmed defects preventing the Application from launching or functioning on a supported system.
    • Compatibility Failure: Failure to detect a supported printer despite correct local configuration.
    • Unresolved Errors: Critical errors that remain unresolved after 7 business days of active support review.

Shield Secure Driver (A product of Shield Secure Solutions (OPC) PVT. LTD.) follows a strict No Data Collection policy. As we do not monitor software usage remotely, refund decisions are based solely on user-provided information and verified internal billing records.
